Yanda strictly controls supplier access management, and organizes supplier to conduct prequalification, screening, and evaluation optimization in accordance with the supplier evaluation processes and procedures. Yanda supplier management, based on the principles of dynamic management, survival of the fittest and performance guidance, implements hierarchical classification and monitoring evaluation.
